Description of Riverbend Arena & Event Center: The Riverbend Arena offers a 150,000 sq. ft. building with a 150’ x 275’ arena floor ,  Red Case 120ie Tractor and ABi Dragmaster ( no outside tractors or tractor drivers are allowed for any reason without preapproval for sponsorship reasons),  5 Priefert  bucking chutes, 50 sorting pens and 144 horse stalls . Judges/announcers booth at opposite end of the arena, Lasers in ceiling, barrels, bending poles, electronic timers, ceiling fans, watering stations, 50 acres of ponds, septic system, 200+ acres of land , 8 separate pasture areas, Double return and single return alley in indoor arena.

The Arena has been host to rodeos, team roping's, barrel racing and other top-level equestrian and education events along with tractor pulls, barn hunts, motorsports, concerts, charity runs, weddings and private events.

 

About the building has a 42 ft. tall center height with 18 ft. walls.

 

Under the same roof is bleacher seating for 1300 spectators and 5000+ when floor is compacted for seating.

 

Two story announcers booth with licensed music, sound system, security areas for equipment, security combo locks.

Practice pen is available in front of the arena.

Right now Riverbend supplies a food truck, arrangements are separate and necessary to make. All outside vendors must have abide by state and local health code regulations, insurance requirements and be fully licensed and pay tax to Inola, Rogers County and State of Oklahoma. There are no exceptions. 

Vending space is located in our breeze way, tents are allowed in the main parking areas with and without electric and wifi. All vendors must check in with Riverbend's office. All vendors put pay tax to Inola, Rogers County and the State of Oklahoma. Proof must be provided. 

 

Outdoor Arena: 150’ x 300’ with its own announcers booth, lighting and wifi.  

 

Heat  Inside Arena : Wood Stove: You supply wood, clean out for next user (hard woods only )

          Propane: $50 per hour per heater, preorder only.

         $100 Deposit for clean out is required if using wood stove. 

CO2 required  and  ventilation for Air Quality: required for Monster Trucks, Tractors, Motorcycles, Cars and Lawnmower races including all other fuel burning sport.

 

Hotwalker: Not at this time

30 electric only RV hookups located around the huge main parking lot.  We have 60 full hook up spaces.

The Producer is responsible for telling Riverbend management how deep they want the dirt for an event. Do not wait until the event is starting to tell us. 

Tax ID or Non Profit ID is needed for every production. 

Insurance is required for all event participants and spectators. You are responsible for damage done to the arena, trash, showers, restrooms, barns, stalls and grounds while you are renting the arena. 

Failure to plan on your part will not create and emergency on our part. Again, we invite you in advance to check dirt and the building for any needs that you require for your event. We will not exhaust our staff for last minute needs. 

If medical staff or ambulance service is required for your event Riverbend will not supply this service. 

At no time will any of Riverbends staff or management be treated poorly or abused in anyway in person or social media. At no time will the opposite sexes be left alone away from our other staff. 

Riverbend provides a world class event venue for your event. Walk throughs and requests are welcome anytime three weeks prior to your event. 

Concessions, restaurant and bar will not split proceeds with you nor are they included in any way as part of your fees. All companies on site are separate from your arena rental. No outside bar, caterers or food trucks are allowed without permission from Riverbend Arena. 

If Riverbend has to provide security for any reason during your event you will be charged for it.

Stalls: 12 x 10 Stalls $35 per stall per day, $8 per bag for shavings with a 2 bag minimum. Do not get bags of shavings without one of us present or preapproved arrangements for pallets. 

Signage spaces and announcement of sponsors:

NO Washing of trailers or cleanouts on property unless in designated areas. 

Participants are not allowed to dust the area.

You will have one Riverbend Arena contact assigned to you for your event. You will not, for any reason, exchange phone numbers or information with any other staff on site.

CODE OF CONDUCT: By being on Riverbends Property you are agreeing to abide by the Code of Conduct below:

All producers, attendees, speakers, guests, sponsors and volunteers on Riverbend's property for any reason are required to comply with the following code of conduct.

Organizers/producers will enforce this code throughout the event. We expect cooperation from all participants to help ensure a safe environment for everybody.

Our events are dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion (or lack thereof), or technology choices. We do not tolerate harassment of event participants in any form. Sexual language and imagery are not appropriate in our venue or any online media that references our event.

Riverbend events are family oriented and educational. Sales and Marketing professionals are not allowed in our events without being pre-approved by Riverbend management. Under no circumstance will there be any soliciting  on the floor by non-exhibiting companies or handing out of resumes or material. By attending you are certifying that all the information provided during the registration process is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Event participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the event without a refund at the discretion of the event organizer and/or  Riverbend management. 

Set up fees: $100 per hour of open business hours. $100 to open up, lock up and turn off facility after hours.

All production of video or pictures posted will include Riverbend Arena and our location will be included in marketing, hash tagged and highlighted. Riverbend reserves the right to post on our website, marketing and social media, any pictures or video taken in or on the property. 

NO animals will be harmed, abused or bleeding as part of the event, on Riverbend property.

Producers will announce that good sportsmanship will be practiced at all times and keep their spectators from being abusive, vandalizing or trashing the property.

There is no outside food, drinks or alcohol allowed on Riverbends property at any time. NO glass bottles are allowed in the arena or parking lot area. 

Just because you did it before this ownership doesn't necessarily mean you will be able to do it now. When in doubt ask. This facility is a multi use facility. Respect this property that is not yours nor property of your guests. 

Do not tie horses or any animal to any piece of property owned by Riverbend including but not limited too; fencing, door knobs, septic, fencing, water pumps, chairs, tables, cars, trucks , sound systems, speakers, food trucks, generators, bay door chains, gates, mailboxes, signage, telephone poles, equipment of any kind, hauling trailers, implements, bricks or stone work, RVs, golf carts, or any area that specifically says " DO NOT TIE UP" 

Coggins test must be provided for horses to be in stall area. 

Producers are responsible for all trash in bleacher, parking lot and arena clean up each day, unless prior arrangements are made. (includes cigarette butts, cigars, pop can tabs, and saddle horn covers, leashes, all animal decorations worn on animals) 

No glitter or confetti is allowed on RIverbends property

At no time will any of your team make requests of Riverbends staff or management without expressed consent from you. 

Children are not allowed to play in or be in any area not designated for the event. Children left unattended or found to be breaking items will have parents notified, second time they will have to leave the property. 

Vendors are not allowed to block bay doors or gates unless unloading. 

If you keep staff on site longer than allotted time at close you will be charged $30 an hour for that service. Time charged in one hour increments.

 

Gratuity is allowed.

Things needed in writing for contracts and posters around the building. Don't unplug or randomly twist knobs on our sound system for any reason. Sound system crew must be here three hours in advance to work out kinks. Arena staff and management will not fix problems last minute. Loud music is not permitted over our equine specific speakers. The window upstairs on the small bleacher side must be shut for the speakers to work. Push button on mic to stop music. Return all pieces and remote to the black box and return for viewing by staff. You will be charged for missing pieces. All music provided by Riverbend is professional licensed to use in the arena legally. ------------- Kick boots off to enter announcers booth Do not use chairs or the stairs to clean your boots. -------- Empty trash and sweep out announcers booth after use. ----- Directions for using AC or heat. WIFI Password _______ Network_________ --------- Do not order food delivered outside the arena Remind crowd no outside food, drinks, booze or beer. No glass is allowed on Riverbend property. Riverbend is a natural setting that is well maintained for humans and animals do not leave trash outside of trailers, do not dump trailer waste in the field or parking lot. Remind folks for checking in, tag and leave reviews for Riverbend Arena , Dope Soul Catering & Food Truck, Dope Soul Kitchen, Riverbend's Bar No outside food or drinks of any kind are allowed on Riverbend property unless the producer has made arrangements. No riders are allowed in arena when the tractor is dragging. Do not use RV spots and stalls, shavings without checking in and paying in advance. Do not dump water or drinks in stalls. Do not leave trash in stalls. Do not dump needles in trash or leave on ground. -------------- Producers: No outside tractor drivers. You will tell us how deep you want the dirt before your event starts. You will not trash on social media. You will tag Riverbend Arena in social media posts and announce for your guests to do the same. Riverbends property inside the arena and outside the arena will not be trashed by your crew or guests. You are responsible for your guests. If you need security then please plan for it. Your team and guests are only allowed on the property you rent for your event. Guests are not allowed in our offices for any reason. Children are not allowed to play in unsafe areas. They are not allowed to swim in ponds, play with on or in our tractor or equipment, play in stalls or pens, or to mess with other peoples RVs or cars. You or one designated person is allowed to call us as needed. You will communicate with our staff on walkies when possible. You will not call or make arrangements for any work or services with anyone but management. Riverbend is not legally allowed to touch your vehicles or trailer with or without animals in them off of this property and once with your expressed written consent will be do anything while on property. Everything must and will be video taped. You or your staff if not allowed to talk down, make snide comments, roll eyes, or mistreat slander or defame Riverbends owner , management or staff while on property or through social media. photographers and video of anything happening on Riverbends property is automatically able to be used by Riverbend for promotion on social media and its website and promotions. Waivers for photography and video must be included on rider and spectator release forms and turned into Riverbend. You or your staff if not allowed to record Riverbends management, staff or property without our permission for any reason. Do not dump fuel, oil, vehicle or trailer parts on Riverbends PropertyChildren under 18 must be accompanied by adults and have a signed waiver even though they ride for free. 

 

Restrooms and seating is available but we ask that you at least stomp the dirt off your boots at the boot grates before entering any concrete areas.

Do not clog the toilets or cause huge messes or open ride day/nights will be discontinued.

Front lot parking only.

RV lots inside the arena are $45 per day.

Do not drive on the grass for any reason.

Do not pull into the restaurant parking area for any reason while in a trailer, RV or semi.

No children will be left unattended, and they are not allowed to enter any other parts of the building or any stables or barns without adult supervision.

The arena and its grounds will be left clean and free of liter and horse poo in the parking lot by close of the bay door each night.

No social media challenges.

Upon opening of the restaurant and bar there will not be any outside food or drink allowed on property.

Beer and alcohol is not allowed to be brought inside or through the gates of  the Riverbend Arena per Able Commission.

Please use BLUE Recycle trash cans for all clean trash ie. Cans and plastic bottles (non food). Glass is never allowed on or in our arenas or grounds. Black trash cans are for dirty trash. (food)

No spitting on concrete, arena floor, ceiling, toilets, urinals, glass, railing, seating or stalls.

No smoking of any kind inside the arena areas and do not throw your cigarettes on the property.

No cussing at or berating children or other adults.

No Fighting.

All waivers must be signed, folded and left in box with your money or sent to guestservices@riverbendarena.com (Your name in subject line + Waiver)

SESSIONS DEPENDENT ON COVID, HOLIDAYS, WEATHER AND ROAD CONDITIONS, STAFF, BUILDING CONSTRUCTION & Before and after EVENTS.

17 years of age & under always require adult supervision and must have a parent or legal guardian’s signature to be in the arena, on Riverbend grounds and while riding.


Riverbend is located in the wilderness and should be treated as such at all times.

If you open a gate, close it behind you. 

Please stop at the main gates before leaving the arena in order to yield to oncoming traffic.

Please be aware of people driving with head lights off from either direction when you are crossing 412 at night.

No vandalizing our property in any way shape or form. Security cameras are used on our entire campus. 

Political statements verbal or written and arguing will not be allowed.

Riverbend and its grounds are a safe place for all people.

We reserve the right to dismiss you at any time during your ride should the need arise. We reserve the right to refuse service.

Stalls are bedded with premium shavings and cleaned daily. Horses are fed and hayed twice per day, morning and afternoon with daily turnout (weather permitting). Feed supplements and vitamins fed at no additional charge when provided by owner. All of our horses are on regular veterinary and farrier schedules, with vaccinations, shoeing, etc. all coordinated by our staff for your convenience.
