Booking Requirements Deposit
$1000 deposit (non-refundable) is required to hold a date for your event. The balance is due 60 days prior to the date of your event. Riverbend Arena requires a major credit card on file as security for loss, damages, or cancellation charges.
**Payments made by credit/debit card will be assessed a 3% convenience charge per payment.
Special event general liability insurance (including contractual liability) required in an amount not less than $100,000.00 per occurrence, $300,000.00 in the annual aggregate. Riverbend Events & Riverbend Arena are to be listed as additional insured.
